Henry Lever Action .22

Letters from Lever Action .22 owners

Anthony: Recently I sent you a picture of me and my grandson with the two new Henry H001 Lever Action 22LR that I bought for us for Christmas. I liked mine so good, that I bought me a Golden Boy 22LR. I am inclosing a picture of me and my prized Golden Boy. My dad gave me my first 22 when I was 5 years old. I have always loved hunting and shooting. But for the last few years I have gotten away from both. Now, I am excited about taking up the sport of shooting again, especially with my grandson. I also have three granddaughters. If they show an interest in shooting, I assure you they will get a Henry! I thank you for such a fine rifle, at such a good price and one that is made in America! You can't get any better than that. I hope one day to own a Big Boy .44. Again, I thank you for making this a good day for this 60 year old man!

Just dropping you a line letting you know how much I am enjoying my new Henry .22 rifles. Took it to the range and was very impressed with its accuracy and smooth action. I tossed a golf ball on the 50 yard berm and started shooting it - 5 rounds, 5 hits - WHAT A BLAST ! I am telling my shooting buddies. Golf ball enclosed.   Sincerely,

You probably get letters from happy Henry owners all of the time. I can't imagine anyone being unhappy with a Henry rifle. I LOVE my Henry 22 every time I look at it, hold it, load it and fire it. Thank you for building a fine firearm.   Sincerely,

Mr Imperato,

I would like to tell you that I have a .22 cal Henry just the basic model, and am more than satisfied with the rifle I purchased. The smoothness of the lever action is flawless, I have put several thousand rounds down the barrell and have never once had a small problem.

I have never cycled a smoothe lever action nor has any one of my friends that have shot my rilfe. In fact my friend chad and I both have ruger .22 cal, 10/22 and a 77/22. Both of us highly prefer my Henry to all of our other ..22 cal rilfes( I own a ruger, marlin, and a whinchester).I almost always use my henry above all others. Thank you for providing a very acurate and highly dependable product. i will be purchasing a new rilfe in the next month and it will be a Henry. Again thank you -I love my rifle and tell everyone about how good it is .

Thanks,

James Bryant

To the folks at Henry,

Thank you SO MUCH for being an American company that still gives a quality product at a reasonable price!

Let me start by saying, that 2 weeks ago I bought my first Henry rifle.  This one Is a .22 lever action.  Since I was 10, I have owned about 20 rifles of misc. manufacturers and caliber.  I can tell you now, for a great rifle, I will from now on look at Henry as my first choice in rifles.

I have shot other lever action rifles and didn?t see a distinct difference in anything about them.  In my humble opinion, I feel like the Henry is very smooth and friendly right off the bat.  In the past, with other rifles I?ve had, it took a little time to get to know them.  The Henry just felt like an old friend I?d had since youth.  After about 7 or 8 rounds that rifle became an extension of my will!

Maybe it was love at first sight.  I plan on getting one of each!   Thank you again for such a great rifle,

Dave K

Went up in Cottonwood canyon today on my 4 wheeler and with my new Henry lever action 22. Met another young couple riding on their 4 wheeler and asked if they would like to do some shooting with me.  We had such a good time, we were all impressed with the rifle. It shoots straight and is fun to use. and the sound reverberating in the canyon was a blast. Way safer than a semiautomatic which is always loaded when you pass the gun around, when you pass the lever action to the next person the chamber is empty. Haven't had a gun for forty years, I'm 73 and its going to be nice to do some shooting when I'm up in the canyons on my 4 wheeler.

My name is Josh Perkins and I live in Hodgenville Ky on our dairy farm.  I don't know a great deal about guns, but I saw your ad in the back of a dairy magazine.  I saw that they were made in the United States and they looked nicer than other guns.  I bought the lever action .22 and I can't begin to to you how much fun that little gun is.  I shot 200 rounds the first day I got it.  It's also very handy to have to deal with raccoons and skunks.  Just wanted to say thanks for keeping the manufacturing of these high quality guns in the U.S.  I will be buying more from you in the future!

I got my Henry .22 a number of years ago and I treasure it.  The fit & finish and smooth operation are amazing.  Thanks for making such a high quality product affordable.
